Scare Up a Good Book - Summer Reading 2010

Program dates and times:

June 14, 1:30 pm: Karen Belli presented program for Flag Day. Twenty-six attended. We had a flag craft, and music.  Everyone enjoyed it.

June 21, 1:30 pm: BINGO!  Wow our Hoffman kids love bingo! Ann Ross came and called the bingo games. Lots of great prizes provided by the Hoffman Book Friends. Twenty-six attended.

June 28, 1:30 pm: will be a scarecrow craft. We will read a Scarecrow themed book, and Joyce Michael will supervise the crafting segment.

July 9, 2:30 pm - Jim Tyberendt presented "Forces of Flight" to a nice audience of thirty people. See Saturday, July 10 Sentinel Page 8A for the picture.       

* All programs will be held at the Hoffman Park Building

Reading Program:

Registration begins June 1st. Upon registration each child will receive a "Build a reading Monster" activity sheet. Turn in a completed sheet and receive a prize.
