Get in the Game
Summer Reading Programs at the Main Library
This year’s summer reading program
theme is, GET IN THE GAME. The Friday programs will feature games, nutrition,
and recreational fun.
The first program was Friday,
June 27, 2008 at 1pm
in the Teen Room. We had 58 children in
attendance.
July 11th,
Beth Hayes from the Marion County Home Extension will present a program on
nutrition in the Teen Room.
Our highlight is FREDBIRD’s® appearance on July 18th. This is an outdoor program.
The final program
on Friday, June 25th will be the Centralia Fire Department. This is an outdoor program. Children should wear swimsuits and bring a towel!
