Part-Time Security Guard
The Centralia Regional Library District is seeking at least two part time Security Guards to monitor the building and grounds, great customers in a friendly manner, assist with general library use. The security guard enforces the Library’s Code of Conduct and help customers with lost personal items, illnesses or emergency situations. The security guard also helps with opening and closing the library, making sure everyone safe and the building and grounds are secure. We are looking for a patron-focused and detail-oriented people that are comfortable using technology and prioritizing many different tasks. The successful candidates will interact with patrons of all ages to provide a friendly, high-quality customer service experience. If you enjoy working as part of a team, and are passionate about the work libraries do, this is the ideal job for you!
- This is a non-management, non-exempt, part time position.
- 12-16 hours per week to start.
- $18.00 per hour.
